i bought this headboard for my apartment, its great! The finish is beautiful and matches my other furniture perfectly. It comes in a HUGE box that is impossible for a small person like me to carry but is easy to assemble (if you follow the directions really closely). one of the down sides of the headboard is the finish isnt on all sides so its something to watch while assembling. Wood is nice but not real thick will last for at least three years and great for a starter headboard.

Overall this is great inexpensive furniture that looks good. It does chip easily and will probably not last more than a few years. But it's great for an apartment. My husband and I bought it to get us through apartment living for a few years before we get a house and a "real bedroom set". The one big negative is the depth of the drawers, they are really small. It was easy to assemble as long as you follow the directions line by line.

I was searching at Amazon.com for a sturdy and affordable bed for my 13 year old son. When I came across this Manhattan Full/Queen Bookcase Headboard in Espresso Finish, I thought it was perfect. Words can not describe how please my son and I are with this purchase. The color is rich and it is solid and sturdy. I don't think I could have found something better for the price I paid. It was money well spent. I am going to purchase the matching Dresser and Night Stand. I definately recomment this product.
