I purchased an "open box" model with "cosmetic" damage in the description. The unit arrived very poorly packaged with 2 bent wheels along with the cosmetic damage. However, the unit still operated fine and I am very pleased with the performance and features. I especially like the quick connect couplers and the folding handle.

I recieved the washer and when I unpacked it I found the engine cover that houses the pullstart recoil was broken during shipping also there were parts missing. when I contacted karcher they just blew me off, when I wrote a nasty email they finally responded only to state that it was not thier problem and to contact honda. I have not even been able to start the unit yet and I don't even know if it will run or work in any way.All I can say is I doubt I will ever buy another karcher product again, and I have written off the 300 dollars I paid for it.

I ordered and received the washer in a timely manner. When it did not perform as it should I tried to contact Karcher and I hope you never get caught in their phone loop -TOTAL wasted effort. I used their web site and found a local authorized service center and took it to him. I did talk with a few other places and they all agreed that it was residue left in the carb was most likely the problem and that is what it turned out to be. Be aware that you can not return this product to Amazon. The dealer told me that KARCHER would NOT WARRANTY the motor because it was a Honda problem NOT a Karcher problem. I ask if they sold a washer without a motor and the dealer found that funny. He was very aware of the 30 day warranty but he did insist on charging me for the repair - his normal charge was $65 but he only charged me $35 which I paid and the washer worked fine. As this was going on I did talk with Amazon several times and WOW WOW - their people have been great. Two of them even tried the Karcher "phone loop" and had EXACTLY the same experience I had - wasted effort. Paul (my latest guy) did an excellent job and things have reached an agreeable conclusion NO THANKS TO KARCHER - I give Amazon 5 stars and Karcher one. It is a decent washer but the experience has left me with a bad impression of Karcher and a very good impression of Amazon - they should be the model of customer service in these days of computers and phone loops

One of the best pressure washers. Easy to start even when it runs out of gasoline. Starts even under load with only a small pull of the starting cord. Did not receive the hand grip with my pressure washer. I washed 125 apartments working 15 days 6 and 8 hours every day without one problem. A really great machine for the price. If you don't have one get one. The Honda motor is the best, strong and really quite. I changed the oil every week end.

I've only used three times but so far it's been great. I cleaned a deck that was approaching black and other products haven't been able to touch it. Did both cars just fine, like going to a car wash. The I attacked my sailboat [32'] which has been in my yard for 4 years and was stained with oil which comes from a power plant ten miles away. Here it was ok on the on the deck but not as well on the hull and some areas need a second wash, I think mainly that the soap doesn't stay on the vertical surfaces long enough. I got into a bit of trouble here as it was too powerful for weak places in trim in the cockpit area and now repairs are necessary. So be careful and use the right tip as the one I used was too powerful, but that's my fault. The Honda engine starts well and runs great. Overall a good product. Hans Wendler
