Ive had the scoop free litter box for probaby three years. Great product, especially since I travel for up to three days at a time for work and my little guy likes a clean playing field so to speak. I got this product to cut back on the obvious expense of replacing the cartridges every three weeks or so. Two complaints;
1. the magnet came off on one of the connections after about two weeks. No biggie, I just superglued it back on. So far so good.
2. This is the big one. Ive had this tray for about a month and Ive changed the litter twice. Over the last week my little guy wont touch it, even after changing and washing the box thouroughly. After having an accident, I broke out the old box for emergencies and he's going there no problem.
I still think its a great idea, but cant give it a five star review until my cat gives his.

Definetely worth the few bucks to not have to buy the disposable trays. I can go longer between changing litter without a fear of the tray falling apart on removal (the disposable ones get wet enough in one spot and they start to disinegrate) and super easy too. Dump it, wipe it (if you want- I do) and fill it back up with the premeasured "Just the Litter" also available here at Amazon. Not to mention, it's huge plus on the environment waste, all you throw away is litter not the tray all the time.

The product works wonderfully, but this review is purely about the customer service. I realized a week or two after buying the product that I had only a tray and no lid, so I wrote a rather snipey email to Forever Litter Tray, not really expecting a response. Within half an hour I had an extremely polite email from Forever Litter Tray. It turns out I probably (stupidly) accidentally threw out the lid and only kept the tray, but Forever Litter Tray still sent me a new lid in only three days - not only without having to buy another full tray but also free of charge. Despite my rudeness and the fact that the blame for the missing piece is probably mine, I've received nothing but courtesy, attention and great service.
If it is ever worth buying a great, effective product and supporting an excellent company at the same time, it's worth it with this one.

Great product - Amazing Customer Service!
the litter box itself didn't work for us but this product was an amazing solution to what could have/would have been an expensive investment monthly.
Again, the customer service was amazing.
highly recommend to anyone that uses the scoop free litter box.

It is much less expensive to use this method instead of the disposable trays. With 4 cats, the disposable trays were starting to get a bit expensive. This is much better.
