I ordered this item and it was not what showed up. I ended up with a ruler with a rotating scale inserted into it. How do I get the ruler I ordered???

This is a very nice ruler. I am not a professional drafter but have used several others and this is by far the nicest. It is aluminum and one has to be careful not to drop it so that the corners do not end up dented--I do not think that it wold bend though. I would definitely purchase this product again.
