I wouldn't exactly call a pool pump/filter a "toy".... It's a reasonably priced and effective pump/filter for an above ground swimming pool. Our previous model was a little cheaper and only lasted about 6 months. This looks a bit sturdier and seems to be doing the trick! I gave four stars (instead of five) since I have no idea how long this is going to work ~ I'd need to see at least a season's worth of use!

Can't find any warranty info on this product. I bought mine for under thirty dollars so it doesn't hurt so bad. Will contact Amazon to see if They can help Me.
When It did work, It was a strong little pump. Would have the water in Our 4x12 pool swirling pretty good.

Well first of all I'm impress how quickly I got it, most companies usually take up to two weeks to shio and I got mine in 4 days,.... the only thing I'm concern is I didnt receive any receipt or document in case I need it to return the product or to service it, but overall Im very happy that I chose Amazon.com to buy it, definetly I will buy more products from it.

I ordered from this company because it advertised that the pump would ship on the same day if the order was placed by 5pm Pacific time. Given that the pump died in the middle of August, I needed to replace it right away (there were two anxious children waiting to cool off in the pool!). I was not happy to see that the pump did not get shipped until the afternoon of the next day and the shipping time was 8-12 days, not the 5-7 adverstised on the website.
Also, the customer service operator was not great and was not willing to explain why the shipping time and delivery date differed so much from what the website said. Overall, I am not happy with the service (the pump seems fine) and will not order from them again. I am returning the pump to the company (at my own cost) because I ended getting another one in less time.
