Our homeowners association has water faucets at our entrances. To keep residents, contractors, and mischief makers from using the water we installed these locks. They are heavy duty and work great. I did get a call from Mark who asked for my feedback after we installed them. I hightly recommend them.

After placing an order for this item, I received a call from a rep. of this company. He said he noticed that I lived in an area with a modest amount of precipitaion. He suggested another version of the faucetlock that was made for weather in my reigion of the country. I was hesitant but he said he was so sure I would prefer this type of lock that he would pay for S & H both ways if I wasn't satisfied. When I received the product, I was truly impressed by it. Now I know no one can access my water without my consent. We live in a condo and we had several vendors/workers using our water (which we pay for, not the condo board) for various reasons. This product is well worth EVERY penny!
It's very rare that you get this kind of personalized customer service. I can't say enough good things about this product and the company that makes it.
