4 out of 5 stars kohler k-15160-cp   November 8, 2009
R. Meyers (West Sacramento)
Chrome bezel for the 3-hole installation arrived with a scratch on the surface, and was not usable (not shipping damage). Had to install using the single hole option. Good thing my 7yr old stainless steel sink is still in good shape, otherwise the single hole option may not have worked.
Hot and cold water supply lines could have been a little longer, say another 2-4 inches. The supply lines were exactly the length to the shut-off valves, with no room to spare.

I upgraded the delivery to UPS Next Day Air because the faucet was being installed on my kitchen sink. UPS came through, and was well worth the additional expense.

5 out of 5 stars You Get What You Pay For   November 6, 2009
M. Matloff (Culver City, CA United States)
The superior quality of this faucet is apparent in both the faucet's installation and use. The design is simple and elegant. It took 2.5 hours to get the rusted hulk of the old faucet out of the sink. Yes, the rust was part of the problem (use lots of WD-40), but the biggest problem was the peculiar size of an Allen wrench required to get into the faucet's interior to remove a nut that was part of the design to secure the faucet to the sink. To call this mounting system Rube Goldberg-ish is an understatement. By contrast the Kohler installed in about 30 minutes. Its' mounting system is simple (it is mounted to the sink by two large screws from underneath the sink) and it will be easy to remove the faucet when the time comes. The faucet's operation is very smooth and water volume is easy to control. I highly recommend this faucet.

4 out of 5 stars great faucet!   November 5, 2009
Christopher Molnar (Moon Twp., PA United States)
We've had this faucet for about 18 months. It has good pressure, looks great, comes out to rinse out the sink or fill pots or large drink containers. The only problem that we've had is that you have to push the button a couple of times to change the water flow. Overall though it is wonderful.

5 out of 5 stars Kohler Faucets   September 30, 2009

Wonderful, easy to work with and lovely to look at. Very well priced and arrived very fast. Couldn't be happier with it!

2 out of 5 stars Very low water pressure   March 8, 2009

We're on a well system, so our water pressure is low anyway. We replaced a similar design non-Kohler faucet that provided adequate pressure. With this Kohler faucet, we get little more than a trickle on hot OR cold, despite all valves being fully open under the sink. The faucet was installed by a plumber who replaced the values and fully tested the system. He showed me the swivel point in the design of the hose on the faucet that greatly restricts water pressure.

Our faucet also arrived with a small blemish on the tip of the handle where the cream finish is missing. We couldn't wait for another unit though as our old faucet was broken. This was a disappointment, though.

Watch out for quality, and if you already have low pressure, look elsewhere.
