Hard to use June 29, 2009

I needed a spanner wrench to take apart my kitchen faucet. After browsing amazon, I selected this wrench mainly because of its price. Upon receipt, I was excited to use the product as the water pressure on my faucet had slowed to a trickle (I eventually found small particles of sand blocking the flow of water).
I found this spanner wrench extremely difficult to use. The adjustable arms on one end kept moving around as I tried to get a grasp of the bolt I needed to loosen. Each time I got one of the arms on a notch in the bolt, the other side of the arm slipped loose. After 30 minutes of unsuccessful attempts, I was ready to throw the wrench in the trash. I eventually used 2 screw drivers lodged against one another (to create leverage) to loosen the bolt and restore water pressure to my faucet.
I did not attempt to return the product out of laziness.
