Product Description eneloop is a new type of battery, which satisfies your needs and expectation in an unique way. This battery can be used right after purchasing, has a high performance, has a long shelf life with no loss of energy, can be used everywhere, environmentally friendly and easy to use. Unlike disposable batteries which can only be used once and wasteful, eneloop batteries can be recharged replacing 1000 disposable batteries.

The best rechargeable battery you can buy! July 19, 2008 I did not believe what I read about the Sanyo Eneloop Recharbeable battery but I had to see for myself. Well, I was not disappointed. I put the batteries right from the package into my camera. I took pictures with the same camera at a picnic and a couplel of weeks later I took it on a week's vacation in Maine where I took about 80 pictures. The the batteries in the camera are still strong enough to take more pictures--I never had to use the two spare batteries that I took along.
The rechargeable batteries I had been using had no shelf life--not even a full week. I only have had the Eneloop for about three weeks, so I don/t know how long the shelf life is, but it is at least 1,000 percent longer the batteries I have been using.

Great batteries! July 19, 2008 I have been using rechargeable batteries for years but really don't like the way they run down in their cases after a few weeks. These Sanyo Eneloops don't do that and I love them! I charge them after use and weeks later they're still charged ready to use. Great feature for sure and great batteries!
Sanyo Eneloop Batterys July 18, 2008 Personally I think that the Sanyo Eneloop Batterys are the best that they have came up with, They must have realized that because they are getting hard to find unless you can find them on the internet.I couldn't find any in the town that I live in.They are well worth the extra few Dollars. I took over 300 pictures on a single charge. I give them a number 10, 10 as being the highest.
really great July 17, 2008 I have many re-chargeable batteries - but the problem I was facing was that the charge used to wear out within 2 weeks. So, if you suddenly need it for your camera, or while replacing the batteries of my wireless mouse / keyboard - I was really disappointed to find that they stopped working within 5 mins. The only way I knew is to put those batteries on charge until you need them. I came across GE/SANYO eneloop while browsing, and it is really the one I needed. I can trust on it - I charge it keep it. Whenever I want I use it - and it does not disappoint me.
Great batteries, hoped for charger mentioned in details July 13, 2008 The Sanyo Eneloop 4 Pack AA with Charger is a great buy. What's better is after opening, just pop into your electronics and away you go (batteries are precharged). Only downfall was that the details said that it was a different charger where you can charge one battery at a time. The charger that came with this, you have to charge in pairs. Luckily my remote, wii peripherals, etc. all use paired batteries.
