There is no problem with shipping. However, the battery itself simply cannot be charged. and it is too much trouble to return as it came in with the plastic wrap. Too bad!

I give a rating of ZERO since I never received the product. Twice I had to return my shipment because the stock-pullers sent the wrong batteries! I finally had to get a full refund and go elsewhere.
Doesn't seem that the Firestorm FSB18 is available any longer.

Strong, long lasting and dependable. Way better than the std NICAD. I use it for the trimmer and blower and it is the best battery yet. I use it on about a half acre yard with a fence and it goes the distance. Buy it you wont be sorry.
