Each blower/vacuum comes with a cloth bag that's used to collect the leaves when the unit is used in the vacuum mode. However, during normal use the bags sustain a fair amount of abuse and rough handling. As a result they occasionally need to be replaced. (Never attempt to use the leaf vacuum without the bag attached.) If you're in the market for a new collection bag, check out the Black & Decker BV-005 Blower/Vacuum Replacement Shoulder Bag. Made of heavy-duty fabric, it has a full zipper and adjustable shoulder strap. The bag has an impressive two-bushel capacity, and it fits all Black & Decker blower/vacuums. To avoid tearing the bag or rupturing its zipper, always empty the bag as soon as it becomes full, and never allow the bag to drag along the ground. Ok my B&D bag only lasted a day or so. So I had an old Toro Blower Vac Replacement Vacuum Bag and it did work better for my B&D. but today I'm ordering another Toro Blower Vac Replacement Vacuum Bag because after a few times the same thing happened the zippers are not good and who wants to have to carry a pale around the hole yard....

The bag looks and IS a cheap imitation of the original. It's Much smaller AND Does
NOT fit the tightening fitting properly. As a result you CAN NOT position the bag
comfortably. Very dissapointing.
Fine replacement, but nozzle sticks June 1, 2009

Replaced my old bag when its zipper broke, and the replacement works fine (given the low demands placed on it). Only drawback is that it is often difficult to unscrew it from the blower/vac. The bag's nozzle has two "nubs" that insert into two channels on the vac, and although they all appear to be fine, it often sticks when trying the unscrew the bag. A minor issue. Otherwise, fine.
