Once we were able to deal with the frozen/stripped out screw and get to the old cartridge, it was very easy installing this replacement cartridge. Now...my faucet does NOT leak anymore! Yay! :-) Very satisfied

This is a GENUINE MOEN replacement for about 1/2 the price for one at a plumbing supply.
This plastic one is recommended over the (more expensive) brass one if you have hard water.

Further to the warranty issue. I reviewed my instructions included with my original Moen faucet and sure enough they provide a written, lifetime warranty on any parts that leak. So call the number and they will send you a replacement cartridge at no cost. I'll be calling tomorrow!!

Got tired of replacing the cartridge in our faucet and the
cost of the cartridge was beginning to get high enough that I
was going to just replace the whole faucet, so I would not have
to purchase the cartridges anymore.
Glad that I checked Amazon first.
This item was at a good savings over the retail stores cost.
The ordering and receiving transaction was smooth too.
Easily replaced the old leaky cartridge using the included
instruction sheet and faucet works great now.
