Bag arrived quickly and in good condition. The cardboard packaging was mangled by UPS but the product survived intact.

Good quality, simple design, adjustability for different heights is easy. It really takes a beating between myself and my son, so I'll see how it fares over time.
I think every person should have one, it is a great way to relieve stress! Just picture whomever you want to beat the crap out of and punch and kick away. I guarantee you'll feel much better afterwards!

I'm very fond of punching things, so I guess my parents thought it would be a good gift, they got it for me for christmas 2 years ago. This is an awesome bag. I live in an apartment, so I couldn't attach anything to a ceiling. This was a nice solution for people who move often, live in an apartment etc. Nice height adjustment, I'm 5'4 and it works perfect for me but can go up a lot higher for the men. Easy to move when it's not filled being the bag part comes off the bottom stand. Only downside: I live on the 2nd floor. When I hit it, it will tend to thump on the floor a bit. I have to be careful not to use it during off hours so I don't disturb my neighbor. It would be perfect in a basement!!
 Problem with training bag September 11, 2009

The Wavemaster Training Bag was purchased for my 24 year-old son. He said the interior of the bag was not solid enough and it skids around when he punches the bag. The bottom of the stand should have some sort of gripper on it so it doesn't slide. We have tried putting it on carpet and a rubber backing to no avail.

I first filled my Wavemaster with water. It leaked constantly out of the cap that covers the fill hole. Plus it moved an inch or so every time i kicked it. So I'd have to work it from one angle until it had creeped across the room and then go work it from the other angle to get it back to the starting point. Later I filled it with sand. Much better. I had some rakes leaning against it in the garage for about a year. The pound or so of pressure actually BENT it!! It actually has a 5 degree bend in it from the pressure of some RAKES leaning against it!!!
