fast shipment and accurate November 12, 2009 C. Heh no much to say...except fast shipment and accurate filling of order.
note other sites sell the same shoes but you wonder if they are going to give you right size...this site, on check out clearly indicates the shoe size that you are ordering.
gives you a bit more confidence that you are going to get the right shoe
Perfect! September 30, 2009 Nathaniel Smith 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These are exactly what I was hoping they'd be. I wear a 10.5 to 11 in american shoe sizes, so I went with size 45. After about a week or so they had stretched just a bit so next time I'll get a 44. But they are still great.
Super simple shoes!!! September 1, 2009 Frederick T. Schurger (Davenport, IA USA) I would rather practice my martial arts bare foot any day, but there are times when you need something to protect your feet while you're practicing. My Kickboxing instructor has a shoes policy, and he didn't care for my more hiking style of shoes. Well, I got these, and they cover all the bases. Not great for driving, or if you want a lot of traction, but they are exactly what you need for working a heavy bag, or just simple in gym work. You could run in them, but it's not worth it unless it's in the middle of class. In all, it's the right price for a great pair of shoes. BTW, you may want to order a little small on these, as mine are just on the loose side of things, and there's limited overlap of the sides. (I typically buy US 11 these days, and I think I could have gone with a 44 instead of a 45)
Love em June 8, 2009 Nicole L. Lacroix I personally love these shoes. I attend a MMA and boxing gym and I'm always getting complements on my shoes. Great price compared to expenxive brands with all the hype. They also hold up well. I love em !
Surprisingly durable. February 25, 2009 Ethnic Mike (, WI USA) I have had these shoes for almost two years in a martial art that involves rolling, punching, kicking, ground fighting and plenty of high intensity fighting. For how cheap these shoes are (and how cheap they look), they have stood up extremely well.
Finally after two years, the rubber on the bottom has worn through to my sock under both big toes, but I have had regular walking shoes wear out faster. My only complaint is that the metal eye holes for the laces popped out less than a month after I bought them. Even so, there was no functional consequence. The laces didn't wear through the material.
As for comfort, they offer little ankle support, nor are they supposed to. They do allow for almost complete freedom of movement. I would suggest these shoes to those who want protection for their feet, but the freedom and feel of wearing no shoes.
