these kung-fu shoes kick-butt February 27, 2010 Arron Pawlowicz (Santa Barbara, CA) This is my second pair of Feiyue Martial Arts shoes and they are still kicking-butt. Cheep, durable and comfortable. Unlike Chuck Taylor high-tops, which would start ripping and coming apart at the seams for me, the only reason I had to replace my pair of Feiyue Martial Arts shoes was I had wore the tread out and the shoe had lost their bounce.
The only problem I had when I bought my first pair was not knowing which size to get, but after a little trial and error (I only had to return one pair) I got the right pair, and my feet have been happy feet since.
Great! February 24, 2010 Kira E. Wallace These shoes are great. While it may take some time to break them in enough (they squeak), I am amazed at how sturdy these shoes are. They arrived promptly and, best of all, they fit! I usually have a hard time finding shoes that fit me perfectly, but these fit the bill!
Too Narrow, Sole too round February 2, 2010 Chris D. Meyer I like the concept, but they just don't fit my feet. My foot is 10 inches long and 4 1/4 inches wide at the ball. These shoes are just too narrow at size 43. After wearing them for half of a plyometric workout, I tried the rest without and my feet were cramping from being so confined. I also tried a size 44 while practicing kata; they were long enough that I had to be careful not to slip my foot out.
As far as the sole is concerned, I could get over the squishy feeling, but probably the rounded hump in the middle of the foot.
Pretty good December 31, 2009 G. G. Hoerner (Olympic Peninsula) The shoes are comfortable, but I am not a fan of the rounded sides on the soles - it makes it tough on some Tai Chi moves. Also, they have a distinct petroleum smell.
fast shipment and accurate November 12, 2009 C. Heh no much to say...except fast shipment and accurate filling of order.
note other sites sell the same shoes but you wonder if they are going to give you right size...this site, on check out clearly indicates the shoe size that you are ordering.
gives you a bit more confidence that you are going to get the right shoe
