best all-around feeder July 30, 2008
have owned this feeder for 3 years and came back to buy another for my elderly mom. Seed stays dry, and feeder attracts the smaller birds like goldfinches. It's a great size for holding mixed seed...I fill mine with a 50/50 mix of mixed seed and the more expensive thistle seed and the birds really go for this mix. Easy to fill, and the plastic tube has not yet discolored or darkened, which the less expensive tube feeders will do.

The birds are very pleased with the Droll Yankees 23" Bird Feeder. They have six spots to perch and eat the seed with ease.The clear container makes it easy to know when it is time to add more seed. And the design makes it very easy to refill. Plus with its cylinderal shape you do not have to worry about the birds getting sick from fecal matter. An excellent prduct... one in which I would highly recommend.
