The high quality of Country Nests' handmade products is easy to see in this adorable Love Nest birdhouse. Designed for hanging, the piece features a sturdy, weather-resistant design with a snug interior space for feathered inhabitants. The house is constructed entirely from wood down to the pretty scalloped shingles and includes a covered entry and perching peg. Sweet cutout decorations in the shape of hearts and scrolls add a bit of light to the inside and charm to the exterior. A crisp white with a natural colored roof, the Love Nest arrives fully assembled and equipped with a hanging chain. A simple removable bottom panel facilitates clean out between occupants. Chain not included, the house measures 10 by 7-1/4 by 10-1/2 inches. Has REALLY held up to weather... May 21, 2007
I have a garden center in Northern WI and ordered these when I first opened up. I hung one out to see how it would withstand our weather up here and 4 years later (through all seasons) the sweet little house is still looking good. As a result of my "test" I've sold many of them. Sadly I can no longer get these through my distributor!

This is a pretty little bird house, very charming. Smaller than I thought it would be, but very sturdy. The shipping was very quick and it was well packaged. Looks beautiful in my backyard under the pine trees!
