this item arrived in good shape and on time. the laser cassettes are promotional version and not the individual type that contains more pigment. I still consider this a good value

The cartridges are easy to load and unload, Samsung even has a free, easy recycle program, but...........the printer still goes through an awful lot of ink, and I think the cartridge prices could be lower
