For those that don't know, these cartridges don't come in the official HP box more than likely because the retailer is buying them in bulk from HP and they aren't packed for resale in a box. They get them cheaper, they sell to us cheaper, we were only going to throw the packaging in the trash anyway, why are we worried?

The ink is all the same but the price was exceptionally good. Just the fact that it comes wrapped in plastic without a carton but that doesn't hurt does it.

My cartridge came broken from the company. I didn't try to send back because it was so messy. I also didn't call, so I really can't address how the company would have handled the problem.
