This unit does everything it claims to do. I ordered mine to be delivered by mail. It arrived promptly, was well packed and installed very easily, but I am still trying to find the best method to turn the duplex on or off for various print jobs. Seems like it either wants to duplex everything or nothing. Perhaps I am getting too old for this sort of thing! Royboy
