Album Description A Song For My Daughter is the second CD single release from New Traditions following the very successful A Song For My Son - the first song in history ever written for the mother and groom dance at a wedding reception. The CD single of A Song For My Daughter contains both a male vocal version and a female vocal version, so the song can be either from the father to the bride or from the mother to the bride. The male vocal version is sung by Ray Allaire who also sings the very popular New Traditions song A Fathers Song. The female vocal version is sung by Mikki Viereck who also sings the traditional version of A Song For My Son.

Father/Daughter Wedding Song August 11, 2008 I actually found this song on YouTube as the background song to someones wedding dance with their father. I found the words to the song to be just perfect for my daughter's recent wedding. Beautiful song with lyrics that were just right for what I wanted to "say" to my daugher on her wedding day.
Great CD April 23, 2008 I wasn't sure what to expect but the song in wonderful, I didn't care much for the artwork on the cover.
My Little Bride May 17, 2007 Excellent gift addendum to express the love and happiness of this special occasion, thank you!
sound like "she's finally getting married" March 28, 2007 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
wish I could have heard a clip of this song, I would not have purchased it. Now I'm stuck with it. The words make it sound like "wow, she's finally going to get married", not exactly want I wanted to say! Very disappointing.
To Make her day More Special February 19, 2007 My youngest youngest (identical twins) is getting married in April. She has anxiety attacks so this preparation has not been easy on either of us. I found this CD and thought it would help make her day even more special since she is one of five daughters. I play it for myself when things get too hectic and it makes me more relaxed. It is a bittersweet thought that enters my head that my baby baby is all grown up. Her other four sisters are going to be in the wedding and her only brother is going to walk her down the aisle. It will be wonderful having all six of them together again. The lyrics are beautiful and when it is played at the reception, I imagine tears will be in other's eyes, too.
