Product Description Tim McGraw has sold over 40 million units and dominated the charts with 30 #1 singles. He's won three Grammys, 14 Academy of Country Music Awards, 11 Country Music Association Awards, 10 American Music Awards, three People's Choice Awards and numerous others. The first single from Southern Voice, 'It's A Business Doing Pleasure With You', is an up-tempo, tongue-in-cheek tale about the price paid for loving a woman who loves designer labels, penned by Nickelback's Chad Kroeger and singer-songwriter Brett James.
Album Description 2009 release, the Country superstar's first studio album in two-and-a-half years. The album features the lead single, 'It's A Business Doing Pleasure With You' along with the title track, 'Southern Voice'. Recorded in Nashville with his longtime producer, Byron Gallimore (Faith Hill, Sugarland, Phil Vassar), Southern Voice is the follow-up to Let It Go, which debuted at #1 on The Billboard 200 in April of 2007.

fabulous cd November 19, 2009 Jeffrey A. Johnson gave the cd to girlfriend for a birthday gift, she loves it,plays it all the time.I would recommend this cd to any country music fan.
Not worth much more than the 5$ download November 10, 2009 PlusOne (Houston, TX United States) Songs kind of blah together, I like maybe 1 or 2 songs. Def not worth more than $5.
Nothing exciting vocally or in the lyrics.
This CD is a must for all Country Music Fans!! November 10, 2009 Kenny Martone (Baldwin, New York United States) This CD is a must for all country music fans. It is extremely rare that I buy a CD and like every single track. This CD debuted at #'s 1 & 2 on the Country Album Charts & The General Billboard 200 Album list respectively. Although I like all 12 tracks on this CD, 3 songs in particular stand out as my favorites. My ultimate favorite track on this CD is Track # 12 titled: " Love You Goodbye". I am however a little perplexed at the fact that Tim's producers are not planning to release it as a single. That's too bad as I feel that track is the strongest and most commercial on the entire CD. I also like " Ghost Town Train " & " Good Girls", which are Tracks 2 & 3 respectively. His current single "Southern Voice" Track # 8 is currently up 2 spots to # 14 this week on the country single charts. The only other thing I was a little surprised with was the fact there was no duet between Tim & his wife Faith Hill, as I feel when they sing together they produce an awesome record. In closing this CD is a must for all country fans, so I feel you would get your moneys worth like my late grandmother used to say!!
SOUTHERN VOICE - TIM MCGRAW November 9, 2009 Geraldine Care Tim's latest album is fantastic. Sounds better than never. Have been playing it all week. I'm sure whoever buys this album will not be disappointed.
Fantastic Album November 7, 2009 Blackout (wisconsin) I love Tim's newest release as i loved his previous release "let go"
I was surprised when i listed to the song good girls as it started out very average, but wow did that take a turn. this song hooked me on listening to the rest of the album. i was a little hesitant as the first 2 tracks didnt do much for me.
other favorites include mr whoever you are(cos ladies, we've all been there), you had to be there, and love you goodbye.
this is my kind of country music, i'm not a big fan of the honky tonk country music. i guess i'm more a fan of contemporary country.
way to go tim!
