Toby's New CD in my American Ride November 17, 2009 Even8r (Buffalo, NY USA) American Ride is definitly blastin' in my American Ride. Now that I have been listening to American Ride for a while and Toby just released the single, Waymans' Song off the CD I am more in love with Toby's music. Toby is a very talented artist. Toby's style of country is purely all-American. His country rocks and his ballads touch your heart. Toby continues to put out great country music!
Simply the best November 17, 2009 Karen C. Brother (New England) So many CD's over the past 15 years plus and this one maybe his shining star. He speaks from he heart which for any man not a strong suit.
American Ride November 15, 2009 weg278 (Royal Oak, Michigan) The album reveals how much Toby Keith has grown as an artist. From the first fun track "American Ride" to the sentimental "Crying for Me" it displays how talented he is as an artist. One is able to appreciate his varied talents, listening to him perform outside of the "country" venue and appreciate his varied roles as a performer. Not being totally accepted by "Nashville" he is able to do music his own way ... perhaps this is why he made the most money out of all the country western performers last year ... in his case being a rebel pay off and his fans benefit.
i love this american ride November 14, 2009 tonkfan (chillicothe, ohio) I have been a fan of Toby's since i first heard "Should of been a cowboy",and this new cd is a great addition to the collection,I was lucky enough to hear him sing American ride live. The new cd tells it like it is,when u hear a song off this cd u either laugh and think yeah i never thought of it like that b4(but of course u will now),and some songs like"Are you feeling me" might bring back memories of a love lost, all the songs off this cd r #1 material as far as i'm concerned,I saw Toby live this summer and can't wait to do it again,I love this American ride,ROCK ON TOBY,great cd keep up the good work :)
Joe West and Dave Pahanish just "phoned it in" November 14, 2009 sandra o'connor 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Take a wad of buzz words, mix with some cheesy, shallow political opinions, and a few disgusting stereotypes and wrap it all up in a phony "southern country" sound and you have something a little better than this stupid song. The thoughts are so insincere one could imagine they fell off a cheap greeting card. Toby, you are better than this material.
