Best Magazine! July 21, 2008 This magazine is so informative. I love it. It is full of recipes, ideas and motivation. Subscribe and you won't regret it.
Yummy Eating is What They Should Call This July 2, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I came across Clean Eating in a supermarket, I think. I bought the first ever issue and I subscribed shortly after. The positives:
*there are a range of recipes - both in terms of kinds of food and levels of cooking experience. One thing I usually dislike about "healthy eating" magazines is that they are too simplistic.
*the other articles are interested and relative.
*good product suggestions.
The cons: *It's only a quarterly!
Seriously, thus far, that's the only thing I can find that is a negative.
If you're at all interested in healthy eating, or even just expanding your food horizons a little bit, check this out.
A must-read magazine for those who want to be fit and eat well! June 28, 2008 My title says it all. I can't tell you how wonderful this magazine is. Of course, it's published by one of bodybuilding greats in the fitness industry, Bob Kennedy. But it's not just for bodybuilders or professionals. It's for anyone who wants to either lose weight or be fit or simply to eat well and enjoy life.
It's full of great articles that you won't get elsewhere. And I have found more wonderful, easy-to-make recipes in this magazine than in some clean eating books!
Highly recommended.

Exactly what I've been looking for! April 14, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I just stumbled upon this magazine at the grocery store today & after browsing it for a few seconds, knew I wanted to buy it. Once I got it home & read it, I knew I wanted a subscription.
The healthy, easy, & *yes*, even economical recipes are so delicious sounding that I'm running out for the ingredients tomorrow. Lucky for me, the magazine features a shopping list! In fact, there were multiple shopping lists: 1 for the 5 nights of meals for a family of 4 for under $60 & one for each week of the 30 day meal planner!
This magazine is not like any other magazine I've found. Whether you're looking to improve your health, lose weight, prevent disease, or fight off existing conditions, this magazine can show you how via your diet.
Highly recommended:)
