I prefer to print my photos in their original aspect ratio of 3:2 as 8X12s, I started using these frames as they are one of the few frames that I could get reliably that support this ratio. All the frames arrived unbroken. I have had instances in the past where the corner of the frame was damaged. I have also read comments that some have had issued with the glass falling out as it is inserted from the front and held in place by tension. I have used a couple dozen of these frames and have never had this problem. I appreciate the form factor of these frames as they really let the photos speak for themselves.
