The title says it all. This is a lovely, thoughtfully made and very useful item. If you use non-salt-shaker salt, get one!

The box is nice, and I'm keeping it (mostly because it's not worth the hassle of returning it), but the build quality isn't great. I was expected a better fit between the door and the lid. It's not very tight, and the gap when the door is closed is uneven.

Much prefer to sea salt "pigs" I've seen. Looks great on the table. Two family members have high blood pressure and need to avoid salt. The third can use this for sea salt at will. I really like it. My first experience with bamboo, now I'm fascinated with it!
