I purchased both the salt and pepper mill as a gift for my husband. The pepper mill works great but after a very short amount of time the salt mill stopped working properly. I have changed the batteries several times but it never seems to work right. Had I purchased it in person I would have returned it already. I'm online now to find out if I can exchange it.

I purchased 2 salt mills and 1 pepper mill through Amazon from Creations by Christy. They arrived quickly, brand new in original boxes and work perfectly just as the description said. Bravo!

I would say that this grinder works but after a while it starts rusting inside. You pay a lot of money for this item and I think it was a waste!
