I saw this dinnerware at a friends home and had to get a set. It is very sophisticated, but study and works great as an everyday set. The condition and quality are first rate. These are made in Britain (not like some I've read reviews, which say they can come from China. These plates have some heft to them, too!! The price was very competitive. Bon appetit!!

We bought our first PMB plates and dishes 15+ years ago, and they've been beautiful and durable and quite sturdy (other than dropping them on stone or tile floors ;-). But after 10 years of daily use, the decorations do fade, and so we replaced them. PMB are not inexpensive, but for the value they are actually quite reasonably priced.
