I live in a small enough town in which the economy has hit hard enough to close many department and speciality stores. Therefore internet purchases are a "must" for me.
Our Cristal D'Arques Longchamp tumblers could be purchased in most quality stores. Easy to replace until the economy closed those doors for us.
I was so pleased to be able to order these glasses from Amazon.com, my favorite site for purchasing hard to find items. They arrived in perfect shape, and by evening they were included in our place settings at the dinner table. They are durable drinking glasses and add quality to our meals. The crystal in them adds beauty to our service and I do recommend them for those interested in the beauty of crystal.

We have used these glasses all day every day for several years. I keep spare ones incase I break one. They are always pretty and come clean in the dishwasher.

The order was no received and I had to call to find out what had happened to it. They apologized and said they would look into it as they could not find the order. A couple of days latter we received a package from them with the right paper work for what we ordered but the wrong item. We again contacted them and received an other apologe. Todate nothing else has happened.

I was concerned about the quality of these glasses when I bought them. I never bought this company's products before. But was glad to get them, the crystal in glasses are good and they are heavy as well. After buying these I have bought other products of the same company and they all are good products. I did not like the packaging in which they shipped out the products however, all the products have managed to reach me without breaking on the way. If you are looking for good glasses in this kind of money then you should go for this.
