 A great looking little cup March 17, 2008
These cups are very pretty to look at. I bought these to use with my Senseo machine. They are the perfect size for a Senseo cup and about 2 teaspoons of cream... max.
They are a bit fragile, but not anything to worry about that much. I've been using them for a month, now and have experienced no problems. None has broken or come close and I set them down on slate countertops. I always wash them in the dishwasher. Otherwise I wouldn't say I am all that careful with them.

Love the cups - they are the perfect size for my espresso machine. They are very light weight and cool to the touch. I am going to order a second set (bigger mugs) for my elderly mother, who enjoys a good mug of coffee but complains at how big & heavy her coffee mugs are. These mugs would be perfect for her.

I bought several sets of different Bodum Bistro mugs (latte, espresso, etc.) from Amazon.
One set arrived shattered... so contacting Amazon to exchange.
2 sets seem to have quality issue.... I understand the mugs are mouth blown so there are endpoints (for mouth blowing I assume) at the bottom of the mugs.
However, these endpoints are scratchy and sticking out of the bottom of the mugs.... They make the mugs not stable when set on table. Furthermore, it
scratches my $3000 Jura coffee machine!!!!
Then there is one cup seem to be a bit asymmetric where the drinking top a bit up and down like ocean wave....... I know mouth blowing might not be perfect, but
seem like this is a clear quality control issue.
I see the boxes say "Made in China".... & confirmed with Bodum that all their Bistro mugs are made in China

I searched high and low for nice coffee cups around 5 oz size to use with my Senseo pod coffee maker. The Senseo makes 4 oz cups of coffee with a bit of froth on top.
These are the perfect size. And the frothy Senseo coffee looks great viewed through the clear borosilicate glass.
They're contemporary and insulated, sure to draw comments from whomever you share them with.
A bit pricey at $10 per cup, but they're exactly what I was looking for.
I'm going to buy some more of the bodum glasses in different sizes.

My complaint about my two-ounce Bodum espresso cups was that they didn't have a handle. No such problem here. These cups are a perfect size for a double-shot of espresso. They are a perfect compliment to our Super Automatic Espresso maker. The only downside to Bodum cups like this is that they look much bigger than a regular double-espresso cup because they are dual-walled. But, your espresso will stay hot and they look VERY nice.
They are quite delicate, but have worked well in the dishwasher and have held up well overall. I broke one after dropping it, but can't blame that on the product. I'm certain I will buy a replacement.
