Fashioned of genuine agate stone (not past), laser carved in Germany, Idar Oberstein, comes in a delicately, Italian, hand made, solid 18k gold, filigree rope frame. The cameo measures 27 x 20 mm (a little more than 1 inch from top to bottom and a little more than ¾ inch from right to left). The agate stone is originally black and white and appears blue after the delicate bas relief carving.
