Great product- exactly what I wanted. I had the package expediated but it did not arrive on time, I e-mailed the company and within an hour they had a response, apologizing saying they had lost one of their jewerly designers and immediately refunded my shipping fee without my asking them to do so. Extremely polite and respectful, I will definitely do business with them again.
