I was surprised when I received this necklace and earrings. They are much nicer than I had expected. Also the stones are a good size. This is just a plain solitaire stone and is very pretty. You could wear this with any type of dress, sporty, formal, etc. Also, nice quality. I will probably put the pendant on a more sturdy chain only because I can sometimes be a little rough on necklaces.

A quick review:
In this set you receive:
18" fine silver neck chain
One 6mm Round Amethyst, in a study four point clasp, Pendant
Two ear studs and backs
Presentation box, jewelry bag, and care instructions.
The chain did come all bunched up. I had read about this in other reviews and was ready. Pulling out my magnifying glass and accepted the challenge I quickly untangled the fine silver neck chain. After this you can lay out the chain, pendant, and ear rings nicely on the cotton inside the box that came with the set. This way everything will be in a nice presentation when gift this set later.

This is a good value for money set. The chain is flimsy, which is why this gets 4 and not 5 stars. My stones are a nice purple color and a good size. The pendant could have been bigger but if the ear studs had been any bigger, they would not look nice. I recommend buying this!
