Vitamin D is recommended highly for MS patient's like myself. This is a necessity to my daily regimen. I had my vitamin D level checked and was I surprised how low it was. Right now, I am on a prescription dose of vitamin D. Once my level returns to normal, I will start taking this recommended dose daily. FYI: If you have MS and have not had your vitamin D level checked, get that done right away, it could make a world of difference in your overall MS health. This particular type of vitamin D was highly recommended in the Neurology Now magazine.

I've had mild to moderate seasonal affective disorder starting from 2006-2009 and while I got a lamp that was supposed to help, it's just not that practical and consequently not that effective. Prior to this year I'd have trouble motivating myself to work out, to do work at the office, I'd feel fatigued, cranky. All of this would start to dissipate come spring (I live in NYC) This year, I've been taking 1-2 tablets of vitamin D a day and my motivation has been off the charts, I'm focused at work, I look forward to hitting the gym, I feel good!

These are a year's supply at a terrific price! Great value for the money and Vitamin D3 protects and fights all types of influenza, including H1N1 (Swine Flu).
