This is an amazing product. Without batteries I no longer have to worry about the vibrations cutting off at JUST the wrong moment. The low speed is powerful, and the high speed is a teeth-clenching thrill ride. You don't need any accessories to enjoy this toy (more accurately a tool), but personal lubricant is a nice touch, as the surface is rough, hard plastic (not nearly as cushy and smooth as the picture looks). The texture is great, but can be a bit much combined with the intense vibrations. Be careful when using this product under the blankets, as it can heat up pretty noticeably.

so if you like a sledgehammer to your clit this will work for you. I however found that it just hits too hard. the speed of vibration is nice but it vibes so hard it numbed me and made me itchy. I have a cordless version called the Wanachi that is perfect.

So..I haven't gone all the way yet and have already begun to use this 'wand' pretty much on a daily basis.I will agree it can be clunky and heavy and lawnmowerish but this damn thing had me going in a matter of minutes.
It speaks a lot if someone with little sexual experience can be totally pushed over the edge-no training necessary whatsoever :) The vibration can be really intense,so it may numb the area eventually (as mentioned before) BUT before getting to that point-you can juice out atleast a good 4-5 orgasms in one sitting..suffice to say I can live with that!I also like the fact that it is a massager in all appearance and can be kept anywhere around the house-without very much discretion + no batteries is always a good thing.Who needs men-ha!(just kidding)
