Product Description
Opera Mastra is light green in color with straw-yellow flecks. The aroma is medium fruity, recalling fresh, green olives. The taste features an excellent structure and balance with a hint of artichokes and a pronounced flavor of ripe tomatoes. This oil can be used straight from the bottle on cold meat dishes (like carpaccio), vegetable starters and fish. It is also good on white pasta (without tomato), salads with bread and on bruschette (toast). A blend of Gentile di Chieti, Dritta, Toccolana, and Tenera Ascolana olives.
