The first delivered viewer had to be returned as it did not work. The return process was easy, with a UPS mailing label being delivered to me via email. The second veiwer works well and meets all expectations. I am a satisfied customer.

This is a well engineered high quality tough little device. Although I got mine on eBay for less than half the price listed here (right place-right time, just lucky) I would gladly pay the $42 being asked here should I ever need to replace it. I also prefer the security of shopping w/Amazon. Been a customer w/them since the beginning ('95 if I recall).

The Diascop was delivered very fast and all functioned well, fortunately it slipped unhindered through the customs authorities without any duties so it was cheaper for me than buying it in Germany.I think it is a good product allowing me to quick inspection of my slides.
