Received product quickly two weeks later I lost the wireless connection, I called support, agent got me up and running quickly, and made ajustments on my three laptops and they are running great. The speed went from 75mbps on my old wireless to 130mbps.

I bought one of these new and gave it a fair evaluation period, about one month. Nothing but trouble, a piece of junk. It is the only electronics device I have bought in the past 15 years that just didn't work worth a damn. Now I suppose that with 100+ good reviews that maybe my experience could be the exception, but I do not believe so. Two friends recommended against this purchase when I made it, but I went ahead anyway because of cost. Big mistake. When I replaced this router with another brand my system begain working flawlessly and has continued to do so for 2 weeks now. Do not buy this product, it is junk.

The set up instructions are terrible. It took a lot to figure out how to get it set up. I am fairly computer savvy, but not a wireless router geek. After calls with technical support, which basically said it was my ISPs problem, my computer programming step son got it going for me. It works fantastic. The is no noticeable change of speed over my wired connection. I operate it easily on a different floor in a different location in the house and it performs the same as if connected to the wall. It is perfect for my needs for a very affordable price once you get it successfully installed.
