I THROUGHLY ENJOYED THE LISTENING EXPERIENCE WITH THESE HEADPHONES. i ACQUIRED THEM A MONTH BACK, AND AFTER TEH BURN IN PERIOD .. THEY WERE SIMPLY A PLEASURE IN THE EAR....
i HAVE A BOSE ON EAR Q2 QUIETCOMFORT HEADPHONES TOO AND i CAN SAY THE CLARITY OF THIS jBUDS PRODUCT IS QUITE COMPARABLE IN THE HIGH FREQUENCY REGION. CRYSTAL CLEAR VOICE .. AND SO ATTRACTIVE LOOKING ( i HAVE THE ELECTRIC BLUE/BLACK BY THE WAY)...
THERE WAS SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE WITH THE RIGHT EARPHONE AFTER A MONTH AND I SHOT A MAIL TO THE SERVICE CENTRE. I WAS AMAZED WHEN THEY PROCESSED MY REPLACEMENT ORDER WITHING 24 HRS. I now have a new headphones and I REALLY APPRECIATE THEIR COMMITTMENT TO QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
sO I DO SUGGEST WHOSOEVER IS INTENDING TO BUY TO GO AHEAD. THE COMPLANY IS TOTALLY INTO QUALITY AND THIS SHOULD BE UR QUE TO A QUALITY PRODUCT.

I was looking to replace a dying set of Apple earbuds for use when working out. The J2 (sale priced) was far more economical than the Apple offering. These are certainly louder that the Apple buds and have boomier bass, but I'm not sure their overall sound is better. Neither these or the Apple buds give close to the sound quality of the Shure SE210s that I use for more critical listening. But of course the J2s are much cheaper than the SE210s.

I guess I need time to get used to them. They have good sound, but need to be stuffed in your ears unlike other earbud headphones I've had. If not stuffed tightly in the ears, they can come out very easily. I guess that's the way noise reducing earbuds work.

If you buy them be sure to "condition" them for a while. Hook them up to something and play some Wagner or whatever for at least 5 or 6 hours. The sound gets better and better. I have at least 10 different sets of phones. These where very cheap and are my second best set. The top ones cost 3 times as much. Cord does not separate internally even with a lot of pulling.
