It's a USB drive, what's there to say? November 17, 2009 Mark Twain (Seattle, WA, USA) Performs well, good capacity, good price. I actually use the U3 feature, which allows you to run apps entirely from the drive. For example, I have Thunderbird and WinAmp installed on mine, and I use them to read personal email and listen to music on my work computer.
I could see some people not liking this feature if they just want bare storage, but it's fairly simple to uninstall.
Simple Device, Easy to Use November 16, 2009 Edward F. Shimkus (Las Luz, NM,) Although I have seen some "business" women wearing these devices as jewelry, I decided on a flash drive for data transfer because of its portability and speed of data transfer. I decided on a SanDisk because I have a SanDisk MP3 player that has served me well for many years. The Cruzer Micro is good to go right out of the box; just plug it into a USB port (no setup software needed). As with many other flash drives, to protect it, the USB male connector slides into the unit's housing when not in use. Good gadget, reasonable price.
Excellent looks, storage, and ease of use, but... November 15, 2009 Welcome McCartney the read/write performance is obnoxiously slow. Perhaps I'm only an isolated case, and nobody else has had this problem, but I've found this model to take too long to copy files.
Besides that, five stars on everything else!

16 GB Cruzer would only accept just over 4GB data November 9, 2009 Deb K (Bremerton, Washington United States) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
The SanDisk Cruzer Micro 16 GB USB 2.0 Flash I purchased to backup my computer files would only accept a little over 4 GB of data -- then it said it was full, even though a check of the disk's properties showed it still had over 11 GB of free space available. There was no mention of this issue on SanDisk's site, although a Google search suggested reformatting the flash drive would solve the issue. I was forced to use a couple of 4 GB SanDisk drives to finish the backup.
I purchased the 16 GB flash drive to have a tidy backup of my 9GB of data on one drive, but that didn't happen.
