WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR A MONTH OR 2 NOW....DELIVERY WAS SPEEDY FROM THE SUPPLIER. YOU HAVE A VARIETY OF RING TONES, WHICH IS NICE. THE BASE UNITS ARE SMALL AND EASILY PLACED ABOUT THE HOUSE IF YOU ARE WIRED PROPERLY. 3 UNITS CAN BE UPGRADED TO 4 OR 5 IF NEEDED. THE PHONE IS SMALL IN CIRCUMFANCE, CANNOT USE HANDS FREE TOO EASY ON YOUR SHOULDER, BUT SPEAKER FUNCTION IS GOOD AND YOU CAN SET THE UNIT DOWN AND HOLD A CONVERSATION WITH MUCH FLEXIBILITY IN MULTITASKING. INSTEAD OF RELYING ON THE BASE UNIT FOR THE SPEAKER PHONE, EACH PHONE IS CAPABLE MAKING IT VERY PORTABLE GIVING YOU MUCH MORE RANGE AND FREEDOM TO MULTITASK. I have purchased two of these systems, one for me and another for my mother. Both work exactly as expected with no problems or hiccups. I had two other Panasonic cordless phones that each lasted over 10 years. If this one lasts as long as those I'll be very happy.
Pluses - large keypad (great for my mom), excellent sound quality, good price for the features
Minuses - no on-touch dialing, non-intuitive menu design
And like all DECT systems, no Bluetooth interference. I can live with the minuses because I don't use one-touch dialing and once you set it up, the menus don't really matter much anymore.

Sound Quality is superior to all others I have tried. The only real complaint is the amount of difficulty in navigating the screens to add people to the phone directory in the phone. To make matters worse each handset has its own memory so if you pick up a handset that was not programmed there are no numbers in it. All the others I have had shared this simple memory function.

I like them. One thing that bothers me is the way it sounds muted when you are talking. I cant think of a great way to explain, you can hear the other end great, its how you hear this muted air. It goes in and out. Weird! Otherwise, it has great features once you figure them out. (I didnt read the manual!) For the price, they are great phones!
