I recently purchased this battery. It is the second replacement one for my Powerbook Titanium G4. I won't even explain the trouble I have had with the first replacement battery. Here's the bottom line: I went from having about 40 minutes of battery life to now over three hours! I did not think this was possible for my old buddy the G4. What a warhorse it has been. Now it has new life and we both are happy!

This likely is a good battery, but did not fit my APPLE PowerBook G4 (15" Titanium). The advertisement implies there is only one type of battery, but this is not correct. Don't make the same mistake I made, and do the research before you purchase this item. Customer service at Amazon was excellent, but they should correct the impression that this battery fits all models of APPLE PowerBook G4 (15" Titanium) Main battery replacements. 5 stars for customer service, 1 star for advertisement.

I love not being tethered! This battery connection was perfect and it lasts for hours not minutes. Only the slightest difference in fit and feel over the factory one (about a mil thicker and textured surface instead of smooth). Totally worth it though.

My wife had taken over my old Powerbook when I bought my MacBook Pro. It only had one issue...a 25 minute battery life. I picked this battery up as a Christmas present and she's loved every second of it. She can get a legit 4 to 4 1/2 hours out of a full charge with wifi on and the screen on bright.
Well worth the money.
