I ordered this product and it took 2 weeks to receive. They first send the wrong item and it took forever to get a hold of the customer service. When they sent the correct one, they sent to wrong address and it took a total of 4 weeks to get actually the item I need. Once I received, I liked the product, other than the back plate sticking out behind my 32 " Visio. I would not order from this vendor again.
