I have been using this DVD for about a month now. I am absolutely amazed. I have gained so much muscle I can't believe it. My abs are so much stronger and defined now. I have advanced to level two and will probably stay there a while. Level two is rough but the feeling afterwards outweighs all the hard work during the workout. The music is a little too rocky for me but I try to block it out because it is such a great workout. I wish she didn't use the language that she uses sometimes. I know she is a tough trainer but the language doesn't have to be. Overall I am well pleased with the results. Amazing that you can get such results in just a 20-minute workout! Thanks Jillian!

I work a lot. Work often interferes with my ability to get to the gym consistently. Therefore, I began looking for workouts that I could do at home to supplement and up my exercise to 3-5 times a week. This is a great workout. It is interval training with weights and ab work. Jillian is straight forward, no nonsense, but totally encouraging. The cardio portion is simple moves that most people would be familiar with. Just when you think you're dying, you move to the weight lifting/strength portion which is also no joke. Again, before you're ready to surrender, you switch to ab work and you do three circuits of this. I do step aerobics and zumba (both 45-50 minutes). I sweat as much, if not more, doing this workout as doing those. Even after the workout was over, I was still sweating tremendously. I was wiped, but I felt good physically and proud of myself. There are three different level routines. I chose level 1, beginner even though I do step and zumba. I was sore for two days after this. I will likely remain at the beginner level for a while. The workout is more challenging than my other workouts because of the combination of weights and aerobics. At this pace, I have no doubt that I will shred a considerable amount of weight in 30 days.

Hey Everyone!!!

Looking for a workout DVD? Well you've found it because this is a great workout DVD. Ive had a personal trainer and all the workouts that she had be do are on this DVD, Jillian is really your personal trainer and pushes you just the same way a personal trainer would at the GYM. This is ONE GREAT, FAT & CALORIE BURNING workout. Level 1 is a killer which is great because if you stick to it you'll see the difference and be extremely proud of yourself when you get to Level 3 with ease and your body in great shape!!... I have to say that its hard work but definitely worth it, the hard work pays off. Hey if you want a 20 minute workout its going to be hard but worth it. We can make our bodies do whatever we want them to.

What I love about this workout is that there's nothing that is confusing. It's all stuff (calisthenics) you've done before- sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks, lunges. I do have to say I consider myself in okay shape- I'm not going to run a marathon anytime soon but I can do a 5k with just a little training. Anyway, this workout kicked my a$& all over the room. I made it all the way through, but I have to admit I did the "accommodated" version of a few moves near the end. I did the Level 1 workout (there are 3 Levels on this dvd) yesterday and today and I can feel it in my legs, abs and back but I'm not so sore that I couldn't get out of bed. That's great as far as I'm concerned! I even have problems with lymphedema from surgeries in my leg and I was able to do this no pain/discomfort later. It's only a 20 minute work out with a nice 5 minute warmup with easy moves and a 5 minute good stretch/cool-down session at the end. When you can get a great workout in 20 minutes, I consider that an accomplishment. Each workout is 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength, and 1 minute of abs repeated over the 20 minutes. The dialog Jillian gives is very encouraging and educational, and gives tips on avoiding injury. Even a little distracting for those times you need to be distracted. I absolutely recommend this dvd to everyone.

I have been workingout for about two and a half years. I concider myself at the intermediate to advanced level. This 20 minute program kicks my butt. I thought that overall I was well balanced in strength adn fitness, but boy did I find out that my upper body need more attention. I have just finished the first set of 10 day shredding and tomorrow I will start the second level.
