Love It! November 19, 2009 J. Benedict I've been working out to Jillian for two weeks now and absolutely love it! After a couple of days I felt great and could really tell a difference. I haven't finished out the month yet but can already tell a difference in the way my clothes fit! Looking forward to getting to level 3!!
Best 20 minute work-outs ever! November 19, 2009 black lab love (chicago il) Let me start off by saying that I'm not actually a fan of Jillian's personality. I find it a little irritating. BUT damn, these workouts are good for a quickie! Heart-pumping and tough on the muscles. It puts the Firm workouts (which I'm a huge fan of) to shame. This has become my go-to dvd for quick and effective 20 minute workouts! I highly recommend it.
This is not another scam DVD- BUY THIS! November 18, 2009 A. Smith (New York United States) First off, let me say that through the Weight Watchers program and the use of the DVD, I have lost a little under 35 lbs. This DVD is not a scam- the workouts are short but let me tell you- THEY ARE HARD! It took me a long time to get from level one to two, and equally long to move up to level three. I was not very out of shape to begin with, was not morbidly obese, did not struggle to exercise, really, but even if you have a hard time going up a flight of stairs, this DVD can still help you. The exercises are all designed to help you work your way up. Jillian encourages you to do as much as you can each day, while still pushing you along. I am not a biggest loser fan, but still love this DVD. I am hoping she comes out with a new one soon; I have gotten used to the exercises in level three and have gone back to two just for some variety. I also incorporated some jogging here and there. If you get this, you will not be disappointed- if over 1,000 people came on here to add their input, how could you go wrong? Change your life- you will not be sorry!
A lil disappointed November 18, 2009 Kelli Wiggins (jax. bch,fla) I had high hopes for this DVD. Level 1 was intense kick butt. Level 2 was a lil lame. I hardly broke a sweat and i went to level 2 the next day. It was way 2.. I don't know but just not what I thought. I will mix level 1 on this DVD with the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD.
Circuit training is a new thing for me so maybe that is why I was a little disappointed. Imma keep @ it till I lose those few stubborn lbs.
Delivery was fast. I had just barely logged off the computer for the nite when I had the DVD in my mailbox(jus kiddin).
Intense but time saving! November 17, 2009 Depo My friend invited me over to her house to try out this workout DVD. Let's just say after I tried it at her house I couldn't get home to order my own fast enough!
Pros: The 30 Day Shred allows you to work out by yourself or with a group. It's great for anyone, no matter your fitness level. In the video she has 2 other women doing 2 different intensities of the same moves. I LOVE THIS! It encourages people who aren't fitness buffs to stay engaged and to keep trying. My friend and I have been doing this video for several months now, 5 days a week. We can definitely tell a difference in ourselves. We love the variety and now switch between the levels. It's a great 30 minute workout that pushes you, but doesn't leave you sore the next day.
Cons: To be fair I should mention the Cons. You may be annoyed by the intro, but it's relatively short. You can't fast forward through it and you do have to watch it every time you start the DVD. The only other con I can think of is that the DVD doesn't really tell you when to move to the next level. We just did a level for a couple weeks and then moved onto the next level.
Overall, this DVD is great now matter what level of fitness you are at. It's easy to follow; it has variety, and intensity. I recommend it to all my friends and to you.
