puchased this item from [...] and very unhappy with manufacturer. This was used twice and already not working, (TV)portion. Contacted the manufacturer and they wanted me to ship back at my expense. If it wasn't for Amazon I would have been unable to get a refund. I do not suggest anyone making a purchase from [...]. I will in turn once refund is received buy a different brand from Amazon. If this refund is taken care of properly it will not harm my purhases from Amazon at all. I have made alot of purhases from Amazon and am very happy.

This was wonderful for the first two weeks of use (used only by one adult for about 1 hour per night). After about 2 weeks, the DVD player broke completely. The picture wuality started out great but got worse as time went on. I tried to return it, but this company was very hard to communicate with. I am not at all satisfied, and just wish I would have saved my money because this was a total waste! I would suggest something brand name, and something with some sort of warrenty to anyone interested in a product like this. These do not normally last very long, but this was rediculous.

When I got it it di not work in TV mode. I had to send it in for repairs. Once I got it back it was fine. I really like it now.
