Product Description In this latest addition to the Kissing Hand book collection, Chester Raccoon has to deal with a school bully. When Mrs.Raccoon learns that there is a bully problem at school, she decides to investigate the situation. After seeing the bully for herself, she shares a story about a group of animals who lived in a forest full of smmoth yellow stones, and how those animals helped a pointy stone to change into a smooth stone so that it wouldn't hurt any tender paws.

A thoughtful story with the positive message that the best way to get rid of an enemy is to turn him into a friend September 7, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The fourth book in the popular "Kissing Hand" series, Chester Raccoon and the Big Bad Bully is a children's picturebook about a young raccoon who has trouble with a bullying badger. Mrs. Raccoon tells Chester an insightful story about another forest far away, where a pointy blue stone that could injure soft paws was transformed into a smooth pebble with the help of animals who live there. Chester and his friends resolve to work together to help the bully change his ways, and ask the badger to play, with surprising results! A thoughtful story with the positive message that the best way to get rid of an enemy is to turn him into a friend, beautifully illustrated with jump-off-the-page gorgeous color artwork. Also highly recommended are "The Kissing Hand", "Pocket Full of Kisses" and "A Kiss Goodbye".
