Absolutely horrible September 19, 2005 2 out of 16 found this review helpful
I never got my book (still haven't) and this pinhead never responded to one of my e-mails. Don't waste your time.
Terrific book June 4, 2003 4 out of 10 found this review helpful
This is the best book on the market today. It is comprehensive and very well written. It should be the bible on the industry.
If you can't sleep... March 22, 2000 54 out of 57 found this review helpful
Besides being completely out of date (they think online retailing might be an up and coming thing), it lacks any functional organization of material. The information presented is irrelevant, and repetitive. The only thing I would recommend this book for is for falling asleep.
