| Customer Reviews:
So far I'm disappointed August 1, 2008 I was excited to see a new slow cooker book, since I use my cooker at least once a week, even in the summer months. Perhaps I'm a little ahead of myself here on this one, because I've only had it two or three days, but I must say I've spent a half hour or so searching for a recipe to try and no luck! I can't remember when I've picked up a cook book and haven't found ANYTHING I'm interested in trying--this is a first. There's something somewhat stilted about this book...several recipes call for "beef steak." What cut would that be...flank, strip, filet, brisket??? I'll definitely try a recipe soon and write a follow-up but I'm anxious to hear anyone else's experience.
