Product Description
The MEDITATION REGRESSION Series . . . helps you discover and learn meditation and regression techniques. The meditations utilize powerful imagery to promote physical, mental, and spiritual healing and renewal; profound relaxation; and deeper self-understanding. The regressions provide different techniques for retrieval of memories from this lifetime and prior lifetimes, as well as methods to access spiritual states and inner wisdom. (The other two CDs in this series are: REGRESSION TO TIMES AND PLACES and REGRESSION THROUGH THE MIRRORS OF TIME.) SPIRITUAL PROGRESS THROUGH REGRESSION is an extended regression in which Dr. Brian L. Weiss leads you to a childhood experience, in utero memories, and then through a doorway to a previous lifetime. Then through powerful imagery, you’re able to view scenes from even more past lives, each shedding light on your spiritual progress in this life . . . helping you attain peace, understanding, and joy. In the meditation, you’ll be led on a journey to an island of healing with crystal waters and dolphins, providing you with a treasure chest of manifestation, and introducing you to your spiritual guides?helping you gain greater insight into your physical, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment.

Relaxating through Meditation January 7, 2009 I found Spiritual Progress Through Regression to be quite helpful in relaxing after a stressful semester. Although I have not had any vivid memories yet, I suspect that may change with regular use.
wonderful meditation December 31, 2008 Very soothing and relaxing mediation cd.. There's two programs on it, both very good, but I personally prefer the 2nd program... Dr Wiess's voice is so soothing and easy to listen to, I love his Cd's, as well as his books. I read in one of the other reviews that someone felt he moved along too quickly and it was hard to keep up with him. I can understand how someone could feel like that, but if you listen to it on a regular basis, you get to the point where you know what's coming and it's very easy to follow.. My biggest problem is falling asleep listening to it! I usually listen when I go to bed, usually fall asleep listening to it, but then I listen to it again when I wake in the morning. I always wake early so it's just a nice way to start my day. I have all three Cd's, which I rotate, as well as most of his books.. I'd suggest reading at least his first book, Many Lives, Many Masters before listening to the Cd, but only because it would help to understand where he's trying to get you to go.. But even if you didn't read any of his books, I'd still recommend this to anyone on a spiritual journey or interested in meditation. I couldn't be happier with his books and Cd's, and hope that one day I'll get to see him in person!
Soothing Brain Exercise - And Soul Exercise December 26, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Love from Both Sides: A True Story of Soul Survival and Sacred Sexuality I'm a writer and working hypnotherapist, and I took Brian's professional Past-Life Regression training, so I was familiar with the meditation and regression techniques on this wonderful CD. If you begin to listen to it, and do the "brain exercises" Brian leads you through, you will develop the meditation "muscles" in your own brain. If you wanted a flat stomach, you'd do sit-ups, yes? Research proves that your brain responds to "exercises" just the same way. So if you're interested in "Spiritual Progress and Regression," there's no better place to begin. Brian's set of CD, are beautifully produced, his voice is calming and his kindness shines through. I recommend this CD highly.
Favorite! December 16, 2008 I have all of Dr. Brian Weiss' recordings, which I love. I particularly like the background music on this CD, which is a sort of Twilight Zone made more New Age drone. My second favorite is the Stress Reduction disc associated with a book, that feaures Steve Halpern's piano noodling.
Regression into self depth November 19, 2008 Quick and simple review. Dr. Weiss has a very calming tone to his voice I have listen to this CD a few times and it has yet to spark an awareness but it may just be my own vibration to Dr. Weiss suggestion. I hope to see if I will develop a sensation after constant sessions. I would still recommend this CD just be patient and allow for insertion I feel by the gentleman's tone it may possibly materialize into my perception of past regression at least that is what I hope. To all those in the search God bless, good luck and happy journey.
