| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description That's right. This is the result of extensive interviews with gay men and women from all backgrounds. Sandra Janssen and Steven Coull have made these intriguing and insight-filled surveys come to life. The authors offer us an opportunity to fully appreciate the "lifestyle", and find that there is really not that much which separates all of us.

Gay 101: A Straight look at Gay Life January 24, 2007 Families of gay people will ESPECIALLY benefit from this question and answer approach to gain more understanding of their children and siblings. I know I did.
L. Rogers, Vancouver Island, BC Canada
After reading "Gay 101", I found it to be an easy, gentle guide to explain the questions someone would have who was unaware about gay life other than the adverse and negative way it is usually portrayed. Older generations, particularly, who grew up in that kind of social climate will find the book insightful when they discover that a close relative, or a friend, is gay.
This book is a first step for straight people to be able to educate themselves further on the matter.
John Hellum, Qualicum Beach, BC Canada
I know a lot of confused people who could be helped by this book. I hope it finds them. This book, while it could have gone a bit farther, was a thorough introduction to everyday issues and questions around gay life and our phobias. Very informative, and emotionally impactful at the same time.
